2. Order & Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations will not be entertained once an order has been placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or any other unforeseen reasons. If payment has already been received, we will process a full refund and notify you.
- If a non-delivery or delay occurs due to customer-provided errors (incorrect name, address, recipient unavailable), the additional re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3. Delivery & Delays
- We aim to deliver your order as per the estimated timeline mentioned in the Shipping Policy.
- However, Shreevalik is not liable for any delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, courier partner delays, or any force majeure events.
- No refund, replacement, or compensation will be entertained for such delivery delays.

- Shreevalik ensures that all products are listed with accurate descriptions, images, and details. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
- If a product is not as described, customers can return the product unused as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Certain products may come with accessories such as tassels, latkans, etc., which may vary slightly in design based on market availability.
5. Returns & Refunds

- Custom-stitched items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

- If any false or misleading information is detected, Shreevalik reserves the right to cancel the order and restrict the user from future transactions.
- Shreevalik is not responsible for credit card fraud or unauthorized transactions. The user assumes responsibility for securing their payment details.

8. Liability Disclaimer
- Shreevalik is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or damages due to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or any factors beyond our control.
- Once an order is delivered successfully, Shreevalik will not entertain complaints after 5 days.
