At Shreevalik, we value customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience. Our "100% Customer Satisfaction Program" allows easy returns and refunds for the following reasons:

Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if:

  1. The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  2. The product does not match the description or photo on the website or if you are dissatisfied with the quality.

How to Initiate a Return?

    • Please include your Order Number and Reason for Return in your message.
  2. Return Window:

    • We accept returns within 3 days from the delivery date.
    • Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be initiated within 3 working days.

Return Process

  1. Shreevalik will handle the return courier process through our partnered courier services.
  2. If the customer chooses to return the product themselves, they must send the parcel to our return address, and Shreevalik will reimburse the return courier charges when processing the refund.

Important Notes

  • Customers must ship the return within 3 days of receiving the order. Late returns will not be accepted.
  • Stitched/customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any condition.
  • To ensure a smooth process, please record a video while opening the parcel as proof of product condition.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive the returned parcel, we will process the refund within 3-4 working days.
  • Refunds will be transferred via NEFT to the customer's bank account.
  • Customers should include a note inside the return parcel with their Bank Account Number and IFSC Code, along with the original order slip.
