At Shreevalik, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers, both within India and internationally. Please review our shipping details below.


Shipping Cost
  • India / Domestic Orders: ₹150 per product.
  • Outside India / International Orders: ₹1050 per product (Approx. 15 USD). In some cases, charges may vary depending on courier service availability.

Shipping costs will be calculated per product and will be reflected on your checkout page before payment.


Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders (Within India):

    • Orders for major metro cities in India are delivered within 5-7 business days.
    • For other locations in India, delivery may take 8-10 business days after order confirmation.
  • International Orders (Outside India):

    • Orders are expected to be delivered within 15 business days, depending on the postal code and shipping mode.
    • If you opt for stitching services, please add 3-5 extra working days for processing.
    • We only ship through reputed courier services like FedEx, DHL, and Arihant to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delays in Delivery

  • Delivery times are approximate estimates and may be earlier or later than expected depending on item availability and other factors.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may impact the delivery time. In such cases, we will keep you informed about the status of your order.
  • No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained for delayed deliveries due to such reasons.
  • We may choose to deliver your order in multiple shipments if necessary. If you wish to cancel an order under these circumstances, only the unshipped part of the order can be canceled.

Product Availability

  • We make every effort to keep our product stock updated and ensure that prices displayed are accurate.
  • If a product is unavailable after placing an order, we will inform you within 5 working days, and you may choose a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Important Information Regarding Address Changes

  • Any address changes must be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours or once the parcel is shipped, address changes will not be possible.
  • If you need to ship multiple products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
  • Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct. Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect addresses where the address and postal code do not match. Any additional charges due to incorrect addresses must be borne by the customer.
  • If an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address, customers will be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Lost in Transit

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days before reprocessing the order.
  • If the same design is unavailable, we will give you the option to choose a refund or an alternate product.

Additional Information

  • Delivery services are subject to natural calamities, national emergencies, or other uncontrollable events, which may cause delays.
